1. Overview
All products are made to order. Each item is produced individually after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.


2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds
If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.


6. Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect product variant (e.g. color or design)
  • Errors in personalization details provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


7. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
