Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Culturetribe, Email: info@culturetribe.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Returns (All Customers)
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us — you’re welcome to try on items just like you would in a store.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

be returned in their original condition

be unworn beyond fitting

have all original tags attached
-
be free from damage, stains, or odors
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

refunds will be issued to your original payment method

processing may take up to 14 days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We only cover return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

items that have been worn beyond fitting
-
washed, damaged, or altered items
-
customized or personalized products
-
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, please follow the return procedure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
Nothing in this section shall limit liability where it is not permitted under applicable law (including EU consumer protection laws).
9. Disclaimer
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where required by law.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Governing Law
For customers within the European Union, the laws of Germany apply, provided that mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.
For customers outside the European Union, these terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
